Dr. Park is an excellent, gentle dentist. At no point did I feel nervous or unclear about the procedure. Even when the painkiller was inserted in my gum, the gentle massaging of the interior of my mouth made it so I did not feel the shot at all. Park Dental was proactive in making sure that I had completed forms prior to my appointment. Forms we’re easily completed online. Staff was friendly and courteous when contacted by phone. The office is conveniently located in downtown Silver Spring with plenty of garage parking right across the street. Dr. Park, assistants and staff were helpful and considerate during the appointment. All of my questions were answered, and they helped me to establish a care plan to suit my specific needs. This is the best dentist office I've ever been to. Because of a mild dental emergency in the past, I've seen both dentists and had great experiences with both. The office is great about finding ways to fit urgent appointments and yet somehow I've never had a long wait. Both dentists are very clear about any issues they've noticed and possible treatment plans, and those treatment plans don't rush to recommend unnecessary procedures if there's a simpler fix or it's appropriate to wait and see.

Best dentist visit ever. I came in for a general check up/cleaning. There was no wait. Dr Park explained every step of the visit and the xrays. He answered all my questions and the visit did not feel rushed. He did the cleaning himself and it did not hurt.
